I have been in meetings where an aging production manager was the only one who had answers to all the questions. I have also been in meetings, where a teenager (at least in looks) in jeans patiently taught the suits the basics of a new technology we were planning to adopt. For all practical purposes, the two of them were the bosses for those specific meetings. However, as the leader, I alone had a clear idea of the organization-wide impact of the decision(s) stemming from those meetings. None of us has all the answers. Never hesitate to validate an opinion. Yet,  never abdicate your responsibility to take the right decision as the leader and get others to implement it.
